Filming Progress

On Monday, we filmed as a group the second major scene that is needed for our music video. I bought some wall paper that I thought looked like it belonged to a dolls house and bought in my dolls house. With this, I took out the three floors so that our actress could fit inside the house. After removing the floors, i pinned up the wall paper inside the dolls house.

For the first shot, we took the house outside before it got too dark, so therefore we could film the house with natural surroundings rather than a classroom. We took a couple of takes for each shot, so therefore we had a variety of scenes that we could chose from.

After we took these shots, we then moved the dolls house inside for the close up shots that we felt would be easier to film inside. We varied the shots with the compositons, which worked really well. Due to filming inside, we filmed in a class room, however there was media posters in the background that made the scene seem out of place. Because of this, i pinned up some wall paper that i had made previous. The reason why I made wallpaper as i originally planned on not using a dolls house and using the wall paper instead.

Overall, i am happy with the outcome for this filming session. I feel that the composition and angles that were used creates more intrest for the viewer.
